Case Management Assistant/Receptionist

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a bright and quick learner. If you are able to build and maintain excel spreadsheets and are great on the phone, then this is the exciting, growth potential position for you.

Applicant must be detailed oriented, have excellent communication skills and outstanding organizational skills. Administrative tasks including answering phones, distributing electronic faxes, data entry, filing, scanning AND responding to emails.

Requirements:

Minimum of 40 wps with knowledge of Outlook

Self-starter who can work well under pressure

Must be able to follow directions and processes

Must be able to multi-task throughout the day

Knowledge of Excel

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
